Lonely

Waking up every morning, to your picture by my side
Thinking how it’d be, just to kiss you one more time
I get up out of bed, same thing every day
Thinking back on memories that never fade away…

Faint smells of you all over, inside my head I see
You and me just holding hands walking by the sea
I’d rest my head on your chest, your heart beat so clear
You’d say it beats for me alone and no one else as dear

I felt a hug, a kiss, and suddenly I’m cold….
opening my eyes to find you gone and I’m alone….
