A great ode to the Brits and their style of film making but there were promises and even clues that the third installment in the series was going to be filmed in France. This had my geeky/movie fan boy blood pumping and checking for updates on the release of the 3rd chapter in the zombie saga.
So, it was revealed last year that the shooting will take place in Moscow…
as a Polish person I grinned my teeth and just let it go peacefully (didn’t even mock the Russian accent). Moscow? I mean…c’mon…this must be some production or money issues cause the last scene of the sequel had everyone excited with the Eiffel tower and the ‘Raged’ (infected beings) running wildly through it’s grounds.
But anyhow…. I’m sure it will be another great installment to the series and can’t wait to see it. If you like horror or suspense but don’t care too much for the gore and the over drenched blood scenes, this is definitely your watch. Just random thoughts as I saw the Eiffel tower on display in the art homepage.
Lately on the from page of RB there have been great shots of the Eiffel Tower. From the ground and from aside and even a whole capture of the iconic structure. They start to remind me of the movie ‘28 days later’ (new age zombie flick). The movie came out in the summer of ‘02 and I’ve seen it for the first time a few years ago. It was based in England… the action started in London and drew a final end in Manchester. Besides the gore, which everyone flocks to the movie theaters, this had a different direction. The scenery of the UK was green, dark, lonesome (due to the outbreak). Ahh the outbreak …and I never like to post any spoilers but with a zombie movie you have to know that there is an infection that will transform you into one of them. The sequel to this masterpiece was also shot in England but had more of a containment factor of the virus and although it started out in a rural area it quickly jumped into the city (green zone) where the uninfected were kept.

I’ve never seen this movie… I’m a big movie buff… it’s ridiculous!
My friends and I actually do movie countdown… like …top 5 sci fi… etc.
your journal got me interested in seeing this!
So you’re Polish ? my cousins are half Polish…and half mexican. Sounds like a weird combo, but they are some of most good looking guys around the neighborhood. ;)

You definitely have to see this…brings art and artistic freedom to the big screen. Yeah I’m 100% Polish…born there and all. ‘Mulattos’ always are beautiful and handsome beings IMO.
