Hammond Pond, MA a wooded reservation with a large, scenic pond, is located in the Chestnut Hill section of Newton adjacent to the city’s Webster Conservation Area. It is a natural forest with wooded trails and large geological formations. Nearby Lost Pond has a quaking bog and system of natural trails.

I agree…very autumnal…great colour!
New England get good colors, but this year we having strange everything, not much summer, Snow in the middle of October and next day 60 F, I have a feeling that it’s going to be long winter. Thanks
