I am behind on comments because of flu, I’m, sorryLucindawind replied
no problem Lori . .get well soon .. I hope its not not the H1N1
Lori Peters
It was H1N1 and it really laid me low. We do not have the vaccine here yet so a lot of people are sick. I am resting as much as possible and hoping to get my strength back.
Lucindawind replied
omg .how bad is that flu ? I heard that you get a really sever headache and high fever .. I know flu’s are horrid but is this one any worse ?
Lori Peters
Yes, this is worse. It started with a headache. Then chills, body aches and fever. My grandson got it first and had to be hospitalized because he has a heart defect. I got it from caring for him at the hospital and then when they released him on oxygen. His blood oxygen levels dropped to 81%-way too low. The worst part for me was the chest pain in front and back and I couldn’t breathe. I am on Tamiflu and anti-inflammatory drugs, which are helping. It is just so frightening when you can’t breathe.
Lucindawind
oh man .. Im praying I dont get it .. ok go rest Lori ..Prayers for you your grandson and all that get it xx
