Very wonderful shot. it is so special to get such a great sharp capture of these birds that can move rather quickly. I have some that like my orange tree, but the minute I open my squeaky door to get my zoom lens focused on them, they hide in the back of the tree, etc.

Please forgive me, I would have left you a comment earlier, however, I had to stop and pick my jaw up off the ground first!!

Being 2x a year in Montreal ( just went back to Holland) I am looking for quite some time to ‘shoot’ a blue jay as you show here so perfectly!

A perfect composition and razor sharp , beautiful light, colors and details, excellent POV.
