Yezoo
This is my Avatar usually. I drew her when i first started learning how to draw. I was practicing scribbling some spectacles/glasses, and her face sort of grew out of the eyewear. The funny thing is, a story grew out of the scribble as i made her.
Basically Yezoo, is a storyteller that roams from town to town thrilling the inhabitants with stories of heroism, magic, and adventure. She carries a book that seems to have endless stories in it. Her reward is lodging a some free meals and she gets to collect more stores.
No one will probably get this…but…this is one of my most favorite things i’ve ever drawn. (even though it’s not technically the most skilled or eye catching) It was the first thing, I ever drew from my imagination. I drew it without seeing. Heck, without even thinking. So I guess, I see Yezoo as me :)
Yezoo belongs to the following groups:
1 on 1: The Fine Art of Portraiture , Ebony and Ivory, International Superheroes of Drawing, Illustration and World Domination and Pencil Drawing (2 per 24 hrs) Available for sale asGreeting Cards

Are the eyes deliberately misplaced? This is a strangely disturbing other-worldly creature that is fascinating. It is the sort of image that is stands out and demands attention … and that’s surely what good art is all about. It reminds me of the work of Mervyn Peake for some reason or other.

yes the eyes are deliberately misplaced…this was done because i didnt want her looking to human and yet have human qualities….:) and thank u so much for your kind comments. this is one of my fav pieces because it came completely from my imagination :)

I can understand why this is your favorite. When you create a story, it will always stick with you. I did the same thing. Have you ever heard the saying “WHEN LIFE HANDS YOU LEMONADE, MAKE APPLE JUICE AND LET THEM WONDER HOW YOU DID IT!”
Seriously, great story and great drawing!

LT this is absolutely wonderful! I think that you should create a childrens story book titled “Yezoo”. You are so very creative and your drawing are beyond incredible. It’s obvious that you put a lot of feeling into your art. Go for it!

Please send your sunset shots to Too Bright. We would love to have them.

Oops, sorry. I meant, ‘Yezoo’.
LTScribble replied
lol aw, thank you…...Yezoo came from me trying to practice drawing eye wear….first the spectacles then her face grew out around it….....she is one of my favorite pics…i think if i ever drew her whole body she would be bat like…....i thought about turtle shape with shell and all….but i think that would make her slow…..bat works better and she could wear her wings like a cape

Well done that you could let go and allow pure creation to flow through from your truth/God centre.
She is real and she/you have the rest of the family ready to come through as well. Same scene: black canvas, blank mind and allow it to flow from your creative centre with no judgement or expection. When you have completed them, they will all want to talk to you/us in words/truth. Sit with them and do the same thing, only this time have a pen and paper and let the words that they want to tell you flow.
Love and light
