I like to scribble….

I started wow..like 4 years ago now…lol…i use to doodle stick figures and swirls. Then one day a friend was drawing at work (manga) and i ask him if he could draw a dragon for me. He said he could, but wouldn’t. I responded fine, I will learn to draw it myself. I went to the library and checked out 3 books. One week later I had drawn my dragon. I was pretty proud of it to. I showed it to that friend and he shot it down. the dragon had no dimensions, no substance, and wasn’t overall not very good. This critque of my work hurt my feelings of course but, It also made me very determine to get better just to hahahaha him.So I started studying in my spare time. Even when I had free time at work I would practice. Less then a year went by when I Drew that Bob Marley in my Gallery freehand. just my eyes and a pencil. He kept on critisizing my work. LOL until one day i drew a colored cherry. I was about to practice drawing some more when he asked me what book did i get the first one out of. He thought I had cut it out. After that I knew I was getting good and wanted to get better. I seem to always want to get better. My primary goal is to be able to draw anything I want from my mind, and anything my eyes see.

I also want very badly to paint, because colors thrill me. Color always seemed outside my spectrum and intimidated me. But I am a collector of skills and I intend to collect that one. (I’m getting over the intimidation)… :0)

HELP! To anyone that might know or is Tech Savvy

Hi everyone, / I know I haven’t been here in a while and truth is, I will still be here rarely. However that’s not gonna stop me from infringing on the wealth of knowledge that is available here :0) Soon, my birthday will be here and this year I am getting an awesome present….(well at least I am hoping so and it is looking like that will happen, p.s. thank you universe) :0)…

WoooHooo!!!

Just got a message in facebook…….I was asked to do a commission of 10 drawings for Xmas…..which will be turned into 100 Xmas cards…..from someone I would be honored to do this for :0) Wow, and Wooo hooo!!!! / :0)

Great News and Updates

Okay :0) and Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. / October started off with a solo exhibtion at my local public Library. That was grand. So Saturday I went in thinking I had to move my collection soon. Since October is basically over. Well, I was surprised with welcome news :0). My collection gets another month at the Library. My artwork well be displayed at Jefferson Memorial Reg…
