The Mortlock Library our States History in Print is held here.
FEATURED in Australian Capital Cities Group, March 2013.
The revitalization of Adelaide’s Nth. Terrace is proving it’s worth & it carries high expectations for the functional & symbolic representation of the City. The North side is lined with forecourts & walk ways of many major Institutions. The Forecourt & walkway Pavers are all sourced locally from sands to the judicious use of slate & granite. The garden strips & squares have been drawn on the Victorian Era garden traditions where plant selection favours the architecture, also different styles of water features before each major building. These Water Features here are designed like the Vertebrae of the Dinosaur T Rex Skeleton on exhibition in The Adelaide Museum adjoinging the Mortlock Library.
