The view across the flats was taken during a days walk in Spring Gully Conservation Park. Red Stringybark Gums are declining and there is remnants of this tree throughout this area. It was a reasonably warm & sunny and an easy fire track and used by bush walkers. We were looking for spring flowers.
Clare a pretty rural town is a well known wine region in south australia so there is added value for those who like to taste fine wine at the many wineries in the area.
