I have been interested in photography since being very young when I was given a box camera. When I was a teenager my father thought it a good idea for me to an art course at night school and I learned to paint with poster paints, and pen and ink drawings etc., The interest reawakened when my four children were of primary school age and I joined a small painting group. My love of photography stayed with me all my life and has improved each time I was able to purchase a better camera.

We had a sea change when our children married and left home and we bought 75 acres of land in the Adelaide hills, it was hard work with lots of priorities and our kids thought we had lost the plot but were very willing to help. Now after 20 years the hard work is over, the country so beautiful and the urge to take photos of the landscape, birds, flora & fauna around us was a goal to buy a digital camera. So many people have enjoyed my photos and kept urging me to do things with them. I have sent quite a few to S.A. ABC news and they have been shown with the weather segment. My husband & I love to travel around Australia and so there are many photos in my collection.
