I took this series of photographs for my Greek and Roman mythology final project. We had to do a reinterpretation of any myth we wanted in any medium we wanted, so I chose photography

wow! I truly am inspired by your work! If you dont mind sharing your secret to this one howd you do it? just cut out the man and woman and placed em or were they brushes or what!?
Claire McAdams replied
Oh no no no. Everything in the scene is real except for the moon stars and clouds. Those were other photos and a cloud brush. I had 4 light sources set up on extension chords and triggered by remote triggers. One was on my model in the foreground, one was on the rest of the foreground and the third was on the background and one was directly on the model playing Selene. I had makeup artist and costume designer from my school with me. The girl modeling as Selene jumped off of a box that was even with the wall in the background and she jumped off of it until we got the right shot. I hope the explanation of the setup helps you out :-D
