I have been interested in photography for 3 years now. I am a musical theater major in college, and I do a lot of creative photography on the side as well. I just recently bought an alien bees lighting kit so I will be doing more studio work which offers exciting possibilities. I am primarily a portrait photographer; however, over the summer while I worked doing photography for Glimmerglass Opera, in Cooperstown, NY, I spent so much time out in the middle of “nowhere,” with nothing to do, that I decided to expand my range to also embrace nature elements and landscape to my repertoire. Professionally, I am interested mainly in headshot photography and creative portraiture. My goal is to continue doing photography professionally while pursuing a career in musical theater.
