When we say that the eyes are the mirror of the soul… You just pictured it so perfectly there.

Are you sure you don’t paint with a magic wand?? You have created another magical portrait on canvas my friend. So thoughtful of you to create an image in tribute of this very talented sitar musician. xxxx
PS I love your mix of colours.
Wow ….. I could do with that Magic wand dear Angie , my first attempt got sooooooooooooooooooo overworked , it ended in the bin in disgust ha ha , but after a cup of coffee and a cake , I sat and sketched again and played it very safe , I lost my confidence to give it a real blush of opposing color , and stayed with this ….. Your always Fabulous words inspire me to the Max my friend , so now I sit and pour a glass …. Big big cheers Paulxx

Once again my friend, you have outdone yourself..brilliant work..and as I read one of your responses, first time before commenting, I once again believe that to give up,is to fail! and that is not in our vocabulary..so many times, I slashed my canvas in despair, only to come back with a greater force..and achieving a worthwhile piece.I don’t know this artist/musician but will ..you really ought to do a book of your works,I would love to own one.Take care
Oh my what a gorgeous comment dear Doria , yes try try again , I once tried and failed 4 on the trot , all the same image of Paul McCartney , drove me soooooooooooo mad , I slipped on my training shoes and went for a second run in my day around Arthur’s seat here in Edinburgh , came back and nailed it , but my frustration registered my fastest time of the year over five miles , strange !!!!! …. I thank you so much for your lovely compelling read and words my friend .. xxo
