Looking at your portrait of these two, I am again awed, how do you capture their hearts so much I can feel their need to be loved??? Truly Paul, I’d adopt these two but have 3 already (all rescued) …still looking into these faces, this is why I cannot go to shelters, all will gets washed away in the face of need. Your heart is showing it’s kindness in offering proceeds for this one…I bet any shelter would be wanting this art to promote adoption, they just couldn’t lose! Love and hugs to you, now I have to go love up my kitties ;) xxx

Bless !!!… I am the same when ever I take a Christmas donation of foods and toys etc , the assistant always asks if I would like to come look at the wee cats housed in the rescue home , and like you I can not , because I would come home with a box full , so to get out is a relief as it breaks my heart when I view these lovely wee mooggies , having a direct debit to two charities makes this process much easier for us , but never say never a surprise for Anne is always on my mind for a new wee friend …… A delightful read and give your kitties a hug for me , happy weekend xox

The longing in the eyes of these dear little kitties just wanting a forever home filled with love & care is such a small thing to ask of us humans. Wish I could take every homeless one out there, but realistically it’s not possible. It totally breaks my heart & brings tears to my eyes whenever I see ANY abused animal. Anyone who who abuses or neglects an animal should be shot on the spot….no questions asked!!!!! Wonderful painting, Paul.
