Hey Louise, this is SO cool… everywhere I look I can see faces and eyes. I swear, it`s not the medication!! I really do love pictures like this that I can look at over and over again, and each time finding something new of interest. The way the trunks and roots are intertwined makes for an enchanting composition, and with your pastel tonal range, the image as an abstract, or as a detailed study of driftwood is pleasing to the eye. nice work… as usual!
Antanas
perfect composition and texture, well done
Andy Evans
Great depth in this shot, and good tones – looks typical of bleached driftwood
Louise Cooke
Thank you Billyboy – I love what you see in this…medication derived or not! I see faces too :)Thank you Antanas and Andy, glad you like it!
Tony Middleton

Beautiful textures ,light and composition.

How beautiful, Louise. And I especially love the rising piece in front, which looks like an animated extension of the fine old fellow in the background, and so wonderfully lit because driftwood can get that irridescent glow that makes you think stories of the sea and life is coursing through the inside.
Rany Lutz

Wonderful piece! Love the texture of the twisted and bleached roots. I like your perceptive title too. Yes, indeed, the viewer can find different things every time he/she studies this compositon.
