hi lou – these are all three stunning shots but I think this one works best for me too – it seems to be depicting the most imminent threat – perhaps you meant them to be increasingly disturbing?

  • Louise Cooke replied

not intentionally Nadine, but maybe I got more intense as the series went on without realising it – lol!!! Thank you for your encouragement :)

Wow this series is something new Louise.
I believe the current global warming thing is a big con but these images put themselves out way beyond any sort political ideology they stand on their own they are magnificent !!!!! xx

  • Louise Cooke replied

Hi Peter – thanks for stopping by with your lovely comments and for your favs!
I guess I don’t pretend understand the whole global warming debate, but looking at the planet in general, it’s scares me where we’re headed. Areas once filled with water and wildlife are disappearing, forests shrinking, dead trees visible in our landscapes, starving people, fighting people…how much more can the earth take? This is what fuelled this series – I don’t understand it all and certainly don’t know the answers, but I know there is apathy out there..I hear it all the time.
That’s my little rant…over now…lol! I hope in my old age I can say the apathy has gone and the planet is thriving :) It will give us more to photograph!!
