1/365 relationship and space by

And all the connection between.

Yes folks, I have taken a plunge to commit myself to a 365 project. I have toyed with this undertaking for a while, not quite sure what it is that attracted me to the idea. There’s a bit going on in my life right now coming at me from all directions and I am wondering if perhaps some kind of rhythmic and meditative daily upload will be a grounding thing and an acknowledging of the gifts I find every day. We shall see. I’ll let you know in twelve months…..
Wish me luck on my journey….

I like to play. I find joy in small things and moments where the edge between conscious looking and subconscious seeing becomes soft enough for me to be there for a moment.

I love this Lou…..really great composition and abstract piece. Good luck with the 365 project, it will be wonderful to watch where it leads you :)

  • Thanks lovely Trish! It is interesting how just making a plan and making that public actually stimulates a creative focus and a kind of space where something different might come along. That is surprising to me!

what a beautiful understatement, lou! a great start for a great project. I am on Day 268 of mine (not uploading on RB) and this masterpiece puts my mundane shots to shame! But I do find it a good way to have a feeling of having done something just a teeny bit creative by the end of the end. I love this. Good luck and pls do post them on RB!

  • I I would love to know more of your project. I am so glad you have something going that is flowing along in a rythm, with all that you have been dealing with. Thank you Nadine!

Best of luck, Lou! You are off to a fine start : I can envision the title of the resulting book in the middle space….
Having a small goal every day and meeting it can lead to a form of spirituality and meditation.

  • What a lovely thought….about the book – and yes, I walk everyday (although through winter it became walking my way through books intstead…, nor it is spring and I am back to the morning walk. Is much like a meditation. thank you margot!

Graceful, Lou. I applaud your decision to notice the moment. I think our lives are merely a series of moments. Did Aristotle or Socrates state that ‘the unexamined life is not worth living’? Good for you!

  • Thank you!

This is so beautiful, and a stunning beginning! I love your idea. I’m encountering so much lately around mindfulness, de-cluttering, appreciation etc – this is so timely!

  • I needed a focus or to make way for change – but didn’t quite realise that until I made a move to have one. Don’t know any powerful songs for an unaccompanied alto female voice? I’m on another little journey or two…and toying with the idea of singing at Pingelly’s Got Talent is part of one of them.
