vegetables, preparation, prepped, colourful, vibrant, fresh
I like to play. I find joy in small things and moments where the edge between conscious looking and subconscious seeing becomes soft enough for me to be there for a moment.
beautiful! so fresh and fragrant looking! hope it was tasty :)
It was thank you Mel! With some marinated tofu and some soba and sesame and spring onion. My favourite easy meal!
yum! looks good enough to eat! Isn’t it a thrill getting stuff like that together when it’s so vibrantly fresh!
What would the world be without the colours of vegetables? Very dull indeed. We are very lucky!
I saw the thumbnail and thought this would be yours, Lou! Looks beautiful. Is it all home grown?
sadly no….yes to the capsicum and spring onion. I am way behind in my garden -just drowning in solanaceae and not much else! Thank you Mel!
Thank you Betty!
magic! the health screams out. Love this, lou!
Thank you Nadine! I remember when I was doing cancer treatment and furious complimentary therapies, fervently pursuing health….I recall somewhere reading that it was good to aim to eat at least 11 different kinds of vegetable per day – for maximum range of antioxidants…..these days, it would be rare for this household not to eat at least 11 types of vegetables a day! I think there were more than 11 types of veg in this meal!
Mmmmmm…dinner at your place? I’ll bring the wine :)
Sounds like a plan…. :))
How cool! Thank you Shirley!
