This is a wonderful collection of vegtables I adore Asparagus not tried artichoke. Love its colour.
Thank you Karen! I reckon we have certain tastebuds that are only tuned to artichokes – as when one eats them, the sensation is completely new to the tongue! I love them! (also love the variety of shapes and colours I have growing – not quite the stock standard big green globes from the shop!) How are you?

oh yummm, on bothe delectable delicacies….never seen the purple artichokes before, gorgeous. We like the Artichokes with butter…and the asparagus merinated in olive oil with kosher salt, and minced garlic…..put on grill and viola
