In my garden. I do.Although I have a hankering for the deep crimson red sort….. This beauty would certainly suffice!A superb flower, Narrogin Western Australia
As is from camera.Fujifilm Finepix S1500 auto and Super Macro settings.
clematis, flower, mauve, purple, stamens, loujay, centre
I like to play. I find joy in small things and moments where the edge between conscious looking and subconscious seeing becomes soft enough for me to be there for a moment.
Gorgeous color and form!
Thank you dear Betty!
stunning! (have seen some beauties in Guildford, sorry, we already have something else for your birthday!)
Well the surprising thing is that this specimen is in a pot – and is at Ned and Avril’s, on the East side of their house – 1/2 day sun, warm spot. I always thought they were fussy things, but I think the hard bit was Hilton sand. Reckon I might be able to give them a go here! And the crepe myrtles are actually stunning around here too!Heh heh…there’s always next birthday!
Oh this is just so beautiful what a wonderful colour and center. I am busy hacking mine back as so wild and huge hopefully i will not kill it.
Heh heh – Clematis is definitely more suited to your softer and less harsh clime. After that frying searing grit filled wind we had…..maybe i don’t need clematis! Just more cactus!
brilliant shot, lou! it looks like a 50s dress and petticoat swirling in different directions (if you know what I mean?)
Thank you Nadine! I do know what you mean! It does!
This is so very very beautiful!!!!
