I had grand plans…its Drawing Day. I was going to draw with my daughters, and upload something from each of us. Forgot I was acid staining my first floor. Forgot all the other chores that had to be done. Forgot that I really need to make the stencils to subtly decorate the girls floors….Ooops – I Suddenly realized how close I came to not drawing at all today – I was all set for Pjs and an early bed.
Not a drawing of one of my girls, nor the quinces that are on the table, no landscape study – but a poorly photographed doodle to loosen up. I love to draw, and need to draw more.

what a great doodle! – this is terrific lou and well done for posting. I had a go but discovered that no new drawing skills had emerged in the 15 years since I last tried!
Just scraped in -I am so tired after a full day!! You are too sweet to fave this! I do love to draw – but right at this point in time, it’s not top of the priority list! I had to fight to even get to do a doodle – got all set up and Ed came in wanting to talk computers….

Oh Lou, this is so beautiful and looks wonderful framed, how wonderful to draw, I cannot but doodle when im on the telephone or pondering on life and thngs.
Think you should have a challenge in the wash day group of drawn art of hanging clothes. Really do love this.
