A first go at kefir whey lacto fermented vegetables……miracle food apparently!! They will be ready in 9 days.

Kefir Whey left over form making kefir laban, shredded cabbage, carrot, beetroot, garlic and ginger and some water and salt.

I’ll keep you posted…

  • Yes, essentially is sauerkraut with a few additions. Both Kimchee and sauerkraut are lactic bacteria ferments. I need some now! I am in bed with a stomach bug. Very very unusual situation….
