Louise Kuskovski

december

It’s been a pretty good year. And last month was exceptional. It was the first time I participated in nanowrimo and it was both fun and provocative. I learned that I can ramble on for at least 50,000 wods…in typed print. People who have met me in person know there is no great feat in excessive verbiage, it’s just the in print part that makes last month special.

As of today I’m again a regular visitor to the bubble and hope to catch up on everyone’s artwork and writing submissions shortly. For those of you who’s pieces I’ve purchased—I hope to have pictures posted on the buyer’s booth before the end of the year.

And for all of you, I wish you a wonderful new year and my very warmest thanks for this past year. It was my resolution to write. To find that even though most of my conversations occur only in my head (I am a stay at home mom with a toddler who foolishly moved to a country where I don’t speak the language when he was only 3.5 months old), I can write them out and share them with others means a lot to me. So thanks to all of you I am still connected to a social network of sorts.

Now for my next year’s goal, I’d like to improve my blog—and am taking suggestions. I just visited it and, well, lame doesn’t begin to describe it. What makes a good blog? And how does one maintain a good blog in just a few minutes a day?

Thanks again everyone, and all the best to you and yours this holiday season!
