March 2013

My studio is almost at lock up stage. This week we have got the verandah down, the storage room almost completed & the outside walls of re-cycled corrugated iron on. There are still a few exterior fittings to be attached next week.
The verandah faces north with another large sliding door to catch the North light & 2 smaller windows on the southern side.

Just the floor & inside walls to go, then I can do some interior painting.
After that we shall have an opening to celebrate & a bottle or 2 of champagne!

So much natural light the studio is going to catch, what a great idea with all the windows ,you guys have done a fabulous job !

  • It’s been a labour of love……I so love it. We put the floor down since this pic was taken & next step is the floor preparation before I limewash & seal it.
