Photos in New York Times Economy Section

Some of my photos were included in a feature in which readers can contribute their photos of how the recession has hit people around the world.

I have been doing quite a bit of traveling over the past year, so I have seen it hit different places. The underlying need is common, but so too is the humanity that can be displayed at such trying times.

A protest by students in the Latin Quarter:

Young men trying to sell trinkets to tourists at the Eiffel Tower:

If you have the time, the feature is worth looking through. There are a number of heart-wrenching photos in there, but an equally uplifting number, which demonstrate how much people are doing to help one another during this tough time. Click here to add photos or view those already contained in the feature.

Thanks! It’s nice to see your name on such a well-known publication, even if it is squished into a tiny little corner!

Some of the photos in there are really fascinating, it’s worth taking a look if you have the time.
