maybe not a happy solitude. More like a desolate solitude. Beautiful work.

this is how i hold my head, when light has become darkness instead…
and every thought, like a sacred line… has inked it’s words upon my spine.

This is why you will always be one of my favorites, Loui……. because i can feel you in the work.

beautiful Loui, I love the little ridges on her spine, your attention to detail is always evident to me, despite the relative simplicity, it is rich with complexity : )

you have recently offered two interpretations of solitude….the first, man with umbrella, expressed, to me, the joy of solitude, the sense of being at one with one self….this image now expresses, to me, the other side of solitude, that which can solidify loneliness and sense of isolation…..profound work.
