Great birthday card Loui! Happy Birthday!
Very interesting photo. ;-)
Right now, I’m 47 years old; my last birthday was April 18th…just a few days back. All I keep on thinking is I’m getting closer and closer to 50+; which is nearly 1/2 a century old! But, at the end of the day, it’s easy to sit back and worry about anything and everything…including growing older/or, the fact that we might die someday. I find it’s far better to focus on just having fun; and, thinking positive about the future; instead, of very negatively worrying about it. Right now, I’m in a Grafton Road Internet Cafe typing this message, which is a street off Tottenham Court Road. I just came back from attending my first Krav Maga martial arts class at Fitness First club; thus, proving that even at age 47 it’s possible to keep on going strong; and, taking on brand ‘new’ pursuits. Thinking about the future…I want to learn to swim; and, drive a car; maybe, even get married and have children/-etc. All things which I haven’t done so far in my entire life. So, there is always much to look forwards to doing as life moves on…; it makes me want to get up and chase after things harder-rather than, simply, quit…; as I know that my Time here on Earth isn’t going to last, quite simply, forevermore!
happy birthday and yes understand all too well, mine just gone too – sigh, another one down, one less to go…

aaww. spotted you looking all alive in a creepy hole.i think feeling mortal is actually a good thing. it makes me realize the preciousness of every day and with age comes also the wisdom of appreciation instead of the need for achievement.so relax, my friend. at the end of the day, there will be a nice rocking chair waiting for you…. ;-))
