This is an older picture (approx. 2008) from the Salton Sea, CA. This motel is no longer there. I posted a basically unedited version of this image a couple of years ago, but I wanted to try out this new technique on it now…I’m so glad I got pictures of this place before they tore it all down.

Interesting texture on this one. It almost looks as if the hotel is fading away underwater. This type of motel is another bit of old America fading away….excellent choice of pic to try the new texture on. I like
