Nod to the warmer, but some time when ur up for a turned up collar and a big tree of two up in Humblodt County, take a gander. My childhood stomping grounds are aching for a camera lens held in the hands of a passionate photographer.

Ooo, reminds me of Daly City…we used to call it “Pneumonia Gulch.” Fog 300 days a year, or so it seemed. But then I moved from there to Tulare, CA…I didn’t know from fog until I lived there! I certainly don’t miss that part. : )

Such a lovely, inviting photo, Laurie! I lived on the Presidio many years ago when my dad was in the service. I still remember the strong fragrance of the eucalyptus trees there.
