2. Something I took for granted

Another self portrait, following Just for an Hour

For some reason, I think this has an Alice in Wonderland type feel

Have you ever had so much to think about that you feel like your heads spinning? You’re being pulled in several different directions and you reach the point where you just cant stretch anymore. You see new sides of people, discover things that never crossed your mind before. Have you ever woken up in the morning, looked in the mirror and wondered who you actually are?

When you reach the point where you’ve lost even the person you thought you were, you know its time to take some time out. I reached this point and found my own little world, which i had been taking completely for granted. My family own some land – fields and woodland – and it was only today, when i was looking for an escape, that i realised how perfect it was. So just for an hour, I left behind the me that had a million things to worry about, and found a new persona.

Sometimes its nice to relax, and live in the fantasy world we often forget exists in our own minds ♥
