lonely
feeling lonely, thought id write a poem about it! that about sums it up really lol, as spur of the moment as all my other works, hope you like

1620, All Things Poetic, Artistic, Philosophical, Love & Romance , South East UK, The Word Tree, This is England, United Kingdom and WMGim here tonight and lonely, so whats a guy to do?
i wish i had a boy or girl who loved me through and through.
to feel a hug, a kiss, a touch, just someone to be close to
im here tonight and lonely, so tell me where are you?
i long for the days of walks in the park
of trips to the sea or a kiss in the dark
i long for the days when my love will be true
when i wont feel lonley coz ill finally have you
we can sit under a tree for hours and hours
and lie in the night looking up at the stars
we can lie in a bed and cuddle up close
and i can feel your warmth from your head to your toes.
i have the now familiar feeling in my stomach,
a feeling of fear, of want, of need
im wishing and wanting but will it come true?
can i escape the lonliness with the love ill one day feel for you?

Beautiful and honest words. I can so relate. I believe that sensitive people appreciate love more deeply and as such also feel lonliness with more depth. I still believe sensitivity is a gift though and search all my emotions for deeper wisdom and clarity.The more secure I am within the more open I believe my energy is to allowing others to feel calm around me.
