Lonely at tea time
Washed, peeled, sliced, diced, boiled, fried, grilled or poached. Like a well rehearsed orchestra, the symphony of vivid colours, flavours, and textures, all become part of the endless mixture to create fare which is more than fair. The table is set, the seating is arranged and the results are inviting. The days doings are put on hold for a taste of wonder and a sigh of solitude.
