Through the pale night air,
Silhoetted by the moon,
The wind in her hair…
Sheer wings glow like diamonds,
With hues of malachite and pearls-
Clad in silver gossamer
that flutters and swirls.
I ponder serendipity-
As it surely is mine,
For I have seen a sweet fairy!!
In the night…floating by.
