On the Keystone State-Pennsylvania’s shoot at the Breakaway farm near Lancaster PA, I got to reconnect with my childhood and enjoy some very newly-hatched baby chicks. Even got to hold one!!!!! What great memories came whizzing back!!!

aw such a great capture lois – lovely lighting ..
    :))

  • Thanks, Maggie … there was just enough natural light. I took a zillion shots but the chicks and the mom kept moving. I was so lucky to get one where most of them stood still.

A nice shot, Lois. I like the framing rods of rusty metal. They made a few hens legal in the town here.

  • Thanks Kay … and thanks for noticing the rods … I thought they added a lot to this shot!!
