thanks so much, Tom … I love the textures … very addicting .. but to little me, each shot is an individual and seems to need something different each time I start playing around. I actually have this one on my desktop right now with a much heavier texture. Did it into the wee hours last night and just wasn’t happy with it. Have just spent the morning tinkering around with it yet again … and finally got to the point where I thought it was uploadable. Figured out a new trick in the process, lol, so it was all worth it!!!!

Aww … Thanks, sweetie!!!! Actually the effects in this one are pretty minor … I did the hdr but it’s very subtle and the texture is barely there too. I had another version I did last night with much more going on but it just didn’t seem to fit. Another late night for nothing, LOL!!!!

Franklin … our fall this year was pretty iffy .. at least here in Maryland and PA. We only had a couple of days during the color peak … the rest were all drowned in rain rain rain. If you had come up chances are you’d have missed those one or two fleeting days of sun!!!! Every time the sun came out, I just dropped everything, grabbed the camera and my car keys and RAN, lol!!!!!!
