Early on, New Market emerged as a trade route in the late 1700’s. Her roots have since spanned some of the most important cultural and legislative events over the years. • Arrowman

    Arrowman

Brilliant Lois ! Great images can be obtained this way, I always do HDr this way if I hav`nt got a tripod with me !

  • Lois Bryan replied

Hello, hello dear Colin!!!!!!! Well, until I got the D300, I had no choice but to do my hdr’s from a single image. I need to discipline myself to bring the tripod (just got a Manfrotto, so it should be less of a hassle) and try the hdrs the traditional way now. I took a super shot of a house front while I was in New Market … have hdr’ed the image but maybe won’t post as there is a ton of noise in the darker areas of the image when blown up. I’ve tried several tricks to resolve it … but I’m not happy. Yet, it’s such a beautiful pic. We’ll see … but the good news is, I’m beginning to understand the benefit of raws and tripods, finally, lol!!!!

You know how it goes … you just get DETERMINED … lol … I have so many versions of this thing … but I learned a LOT!!!!! Thanks so much for finding it!!! Hugzz!!
