Good morning / afternoon dear Rod!!! Thank you so much … as always with me, there’s a story behind this one. We were in peak color mid last week, but it was rainy and nasty … I’d hoped that here, which is down at the bottom of a sort of bowl of hills, the colors would still be on the trees … but oh well!!! I still got a few interesting shots off, I think, and am glad that you like this one. I was hoping that magic, elusive concept “composition” was working, lol!!! You can see I’m trying!!!!

When I got to the creek, here yesterday, I was pretty disappointed … but even with most of the leaves on the ground, it was still pretty. Good luck with your area!!!!

I don’t think I would have noticed all the fun lines and angles any other way. By the way, Orton is fabulous … and it can be light or heavy .. a very versatile technique. You’ll love it!!!!
