This image was taken on July 28, 2008 with the Nikon D40x, using the 70-300mm VR Nikon lens. Shutter speed 1/500, Aperture f/7.1 and iso 200. Hard to pick a favorite, but this one is right up there … and is the one I chose for my business cards and the lead photo on my main RB site.

There’s kind of a trick to it … you either do one of two things. Either you stalk them all around your garden … or … you plant yourself in the middle of the flowers and wait!!! Either way works!!!
