Woodend, a town along the Calder highway. Originaly a service/commercial centre for the people going to the goldfields in Bendigo and Castlemaine. May grand buildings in the main street. This house is just past the bluestone bridge over the 5 mile creek.

thanks Larry, have you ever stood in front of this place and read ther sign in the window. apparantly now my pictue has been recorded on hidden survellence camera that they have. obvioulsy to stop intruders or vandals of which i was neither.

well Larry best you stop sometime and get your face on video. I couldnt find out any history to this place the lady at the information bureau had only been in town 4 years.
