Artist's Description

Self portrait.
This is my release.
Holding on to traumatic episodes and letting the past haunt you, while focusing on the anger/guilt/shame from the abusers hurts only the person who was abused.
The monsters I hereby release, no longer do you have any power or ownership of my soul.
Every event let me to here and now, for that I am thankful for.
Whatever we focus our attention on grows, dispelling the negativity is the only way to prevail.
There is far too much beauty, magic and mystery in the world to become beautifully overwhelmed by instead of wasting time and thoughts on the ’them’s and they’s’ who simply no longer exist.
