Self portrait.
This is my release.
Holding on to traumatic episodes and letting the past haunt you, while focusing on the anger/guilt/shame from the abusers hurts only the person who was abused.
The monsters I hereby release, no longer do you have any power or ownership of my soul.
Every event let me to here and now, for that I am thankful for.
Whatever we focus our attention on grows, dispelling the negativity is the only way to prevail.
There is far too much beauty, magic and mystery in the world to become beautifully overwhelmed by instead of wasting time and thoughts on the ’them’s and they’s’ who simply no longer exist.

I am a self taught photographer and everything artist. For me this is meditation and medication!
I want to invade your mind or strike a cord in your heart with what I do. I do this for ME and those I love.
Everything I do is inspired by The Legendary Pink Dots, Isis and my dear darkgrrl?

beautiful work Heather. Those monsters never had any power over you. You are much stronger than they are. This is absolutely stunning work. xo
