We all wear masks, hiding behind a veil, keeping half truths from those we love. Once that mask/veil is removed and the truth is discovered, there is nowhere one can hide. There is more beauty and respect in being upfront and honest. There is only so long one can withstand the webs of illusion and lies that leave the mouths of those they love. Sometimes truth is too painful to bare, thus the veil. I believe it’s a risk worth taking ♥
