last summer i seen this beautiful almost nun looking sweet elderly woman and took as many shots of her that i could. I normally never take a photo of a stranger, I don’t believe it ‘street photography’ and that’s not my style. There was something so intriguing about this woman, she reminded me of a nun, from an ‘old school’ country.
I find it a tragic shame how often the elderly are forgotten. There is so much history and beauty they have to share.
6 months later came across this building with smoke, after i edited and layered, i was very pleased, as she does look so very lost, alone, heart broken and forgotten
