Welcome to Locomotive Art.
The Locomotive Art works displayed here are the creation of Peter Nowak, an artist and professional illustrator for over twenty-five years. The finely detailed steam locomotives depicted are approximately A4 (8” x 10”) actual size and are created primarily with an airbrush (not digitally), a trimmed 000 sable brush and scalpel blade, using ink and acrylic media. Each work takes from 120 to over 200 hours of intense concentration.
