Lj this is one of the best shots of wildlife that I have seen lately :). Absolutely stunning. The sharpness, the colours, the pose, everything about the two just came out trumps. Ooohhhh how jealous I feel, honestly :). That is one of those shots that you capture once in a blue moon :).
Look even at the pair, are they male and female? One’s body is bluish and the other is green, its just a perfect match. Not even two of the exact colours, those two differing in colours both vibrant as well just makes this shot an outstanding one :)
And you got them with the wings up and so sharp. :) You can tell how much I love this image can’t you? from the way I just keep going on and on ha :)

Well done, you shoul dbe so proud of this one, well, having glanced your portfolio I shouldn’t be surprised, but heck this one is just beyond any words that I could even attempt to describe how nice it is :)

Cute couple! And yes, they seem to be smirking, yes? Love the variegated lily pads, they’re like jungle frogs. I occasionally get a dragonfly in my garden, no pond so that always surprises me, but I always stop and watch, my visitors are purple metallic (show-offs!)

We like to look at animals in the broadest sense of meaning and therefore consider insects as animals. Maybe that they are pets for some people? ;-)
