How do you like your cards?

Do you like them placed vertically or horizontally? Been playing around with them a bit, and I think I really like the horizontal ones, especially those with black borders at the sides. How do you like yours?

Your work looks great on cards, however, I would prefer it without the black edges which can distract from the artwork, I’m re-arranging my work to fit like this this is only available as a card whereas this version is available for prints

Yeahh, your paintings look stunning with the black borders, but a lot of my work is in square format and the black border I must say, not very appealing to me, I might need to make a different format for cards, like mswift.

They look great – I think the black border really lifts the bright colours. Still want to see them as T-shirts though! :-D

I second the t-shirt idea. Also, not a fan of black edges. I like the picture to be the whole front of the card.

I’m a big fan of the borders, but most of my images are panoramic, which means either custom made cards … or some bands ! I reckon those art pieces look fine, even with the black (or white) edges.

Hi guys, yeah, I was trying out, playing with black and white borders. I agree with some of you about the black borders. I tried them on some artwork and it was over bearing, especially if the borders are too thick. Among the ones I’ve tried, the one ‘Blue Eyes’ (The couple with red background) was one of them that fit the black. or rather the black fit the red. It didn’t look that good with white borders. Thanks for your feedback.
