Taken at 8.30am 15 May 2011 on a glorious sunny Sunday morning with Nikon D90 & 18-55mm @18mm,f10,1/80s,iso200,polariser & nd filter
Again a hint of texture added to age the photo, courtesy of Shadowhouse creations and a touch of sepia toning

Built in 1480, with early 17th- and 18th-century additions, this fine timber-framed house in Worcester, England, was rescued from demolition after the Second World War and has been carefully restored and refurbished and now owned by the National Trust (Greyfriars is the building on the right)

Another great shot sarah, you can just see our ancesterys walking down Greyfiers.

  • I can certainly 100% say that my 3xgt grandfather Wigley walked this way as his ladies shoe shop was just on the corner just behind where I was stood, and I’m guessing our Anthony lot must’ve wandered down here frequently too :)

Very nice composition and post-processing Sarah. It’s good to see these old buildings restored and preserved.

The post processing just adds to the charm of this lovely scene. Gorgeous work, Sarah.

  • thank you very much Maggie, I was almost tempted to leave the sky the wonderful blue that it was, but it just looked too fresh for one of the oldest streets in town :)
