Lisa – did you actually draw all of these yourself? I ask because all the rest of your exhibits are photography.

Hi Dave
Actually they are all painted (with a very fine brush and black gouache) – and all different. I have painted in this style since I was very young and have 3 pieces of artwork that I am very proud of but have not got round to copying to a high enough standard to sell prints of (and don’t feel that the time is right yet.) All 3 are each approximately A1/A0 size. I may upload the very inadequate copies that I do have, just to see what people think but the quality won’t really do them justice. Since I started work full time, 5 years ago, I don’t seem to have the time and uncluttered mind to paint anymore and photography has kind of taken over, but don’t get me wrong, my passion for photography is as great as my urge to paint – I just wish I could do both but there doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day!
