A friend of mine, Lyn, was holding onto a photo of poppies buds I shot a year ago. She asked me why I didn’t have it published anywhere. I told her that I wished I had captured all the bowing heads in a row. That conversation inspired me to find the shot in my head and get it. Here it is! Pretty maids all in a row.

Shot in my neighbours garden with natural sunlight (and permission).

This is Beautiful Lisa:- ) Nice to read how you achieved it!…“where there’s a will”…

  • Thanks! I feel really lucky that nature accommodated my desires! It is so frustrating when you see a shot in your head and then can’t bring it to fruition. I still have a shot of a girl on a dock that I haven’t been able to stage yet… some day…

In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true.
