Jelousy is a fear that you are not as good as others or an envy of what they have. People, who are always jelous of everyone else, are afraid their need …?
Her thick toxic waste of energy threated to engulf me.
Thanks Cliff, spot on. I must confess to having known that small feeling of jelousy – its horrible! I try to be more aware and admire others and confess to perhaps be envious of them and aspire to what i find i react to and side step jelousy. You can certainly feel peoples intensity when it is not ‘nice’ – cringe!
Thanks for enriching Kalb – those words have been swirling in my head for a few days. She certainly is sinister.

jealosy – mmmm…..sometimes very destructive….sad really…other times the most reasonable reaction. i think moderation is always handy though as things out of control are not good anywhere.
I think one type jealousy is caused by attachment to a person and the subsequent fear of them being taken away from you by someone else. Attachment is caused by you getting something from a person that satisfies you. I read the Celestine Prophecy when I was about 26 and I found the part that dealt with how people steal energy from each other very interesting. Now when I have a conversation that is lob sided or a to and fro of speeches I notice its unsatisfying. As opposed to a conversation where each person is open and freely giving. I really enjoy those ones. You come away feeling good as opposed to drained or guilty. ‘I’m Kent Brockman and that’s my 2 cents”

Yes i agree completely and am aware of energy zappers, i think it takes age and a certain skill to duck and weave these people.
