The Running Man

The Running Man

this man runs up and down the beach all summer every summer.
i remember seeing him when i was just a kid.. and his dreadlock at the back gets longer and longer every year!!

I think he lives on the beach during the summer.. i remember walking to almost the end of the beach in port stanley one summer and he was around the fire with his girlfriend (or wife) and had a hutch made of sticks and canvas… it was so cute seeing them cuddling up by the fire together… its like money didn’t matter to them..just as long as they were happy and in love.

i wish more people were like that. I know to me love is important. love trumps power anyday.

Everyone from around here knows him as the running man.. i don’t think anyone knows his name… he’s a mysterious character… and when i was doing a photoshoot … he was running behind my model.. so i pretended to take a picture of my model but really took a picture of the running man.. i think he saw me doing that haha. but he just kept on running.

to what? i’m not sure… but whatever he is always running to… it must be something worth the pain.
